Refund and Cancelation

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within zero (0) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least zero (0) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:

Please Note
     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
     ●     Food Dissatisfication: Returns / cancellations are only permitted for orders that arrive differently that what is stated on the receipt i.e: missing items, or incorrect items.
     ●     Cancelling an Order: If you wish o cancel your order, you must do so before we send you an order confirmation. Any attempt to cancel your order after that point will not be considered.
     ●     Cancelling Restaurant Delivery: If you wish to cancel delivery, you must do so before the order is out for delivery. After the delivery driver leaves the restaurant, you cannot cancel the delivery. Please note, cancelling delivery is not equal cancelling your order. It means that you have chosen to pick up your order yourself.
     ●     Pickup Orders: Please arrive at the appropriate time to pick up your order, so as to ensure its freshness. If you will be arriving late, please let us know as soon as possible and no later than 20 minutes prior to the original pick up time. If you arrive late, without having previously notified us, we will not be held responsible for the quality of your food. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted
